Which Data Syncs with QuickBooks Online Integration
When setting up the integration, follow the step-by-step configuration. To pause, click “Continue Later” to save your settings. You can resume anytime and review or change settings using the Back button. Before submitting, you can cancel the QBO integration to prevent syncing. Consult with your bookkeeper or accountant before finalizing. During setup, you have two options:
-
-
- Default Settings: For a simple and seamless integration, choose the first option, which uses the Default integration settings for each category. This reduces the number of decisions you need to make before integrating with QBO.
- Customization Settings: The second option, the Customizing option, requires you to make detailed decisions about which items will sync with QBO, and how and when they should sync. Because of its complexity, it’s advisable to consult with your bookkeeper or accountant before customizing your QBO integration.
-
- Review and Submit: Please review your configuration settings carefully to ensure they are correct. Once you hit “Submit,” you cannot to modify the integration settings without linking to a different QBO account. We recommend you print these settings and keep them handy for future reference.
- *Important*: Once submitted, you cannot change the settings without moving to a NEW QuickBooks account.
