If your lawyer has enabled the client portal, they may share secure notes regarding your matter.

View Notes in the Client Portal

To view notes:

1. Log into the client portal.
2. From the left navigation panel, click Notes.
   The Notes screen displays a list of notes the firm has shared with you.

   Index#	System ID
   Matter	<File number> – <client’s last name, first name> – <associated case>
   Date	Creation date
   Subject	Subject
   Description	Description of note’s contents You can hover your mouse over the field to view the full description.
