Google Chrome™ is the recommended and preferred browser for using Rocket Matter CRM.

Rocket Matter CRM is compatible with Google Chrome™, Mozilla Firefox™, and Apple Safari™.

However, please keep in mind that Google Chrome is the top recommended browser for the best user experience. While your Rocket Matter CRM portal can be accessed using other browsers, please note that some issues may occur that would otherwise not happen in Google Chrome.

Internet Explorer™ and Microsoft Edge™ are not supported. Rocket Matter CRM requires an internet connection since it is a browser-based software.
