Add A Client Portal Link to Your Firm’s Website

You can add a client portal link to your firm’s website for convenient access.
Note: If you have uploaded your firm’s logo under Setup > Firm Settings > Firm Preferences, in the Firm Branding area, this logo will display on the login screen of your Client Portal.

To add a client portal link:

  1. From the left navigation panel, click Setup.
  2. From the Setup left navigation, click Firm Settings.
  3. From the tabs atop the Firm Settings screen, click Firm Preferences.
  4. On the Firm Preferences screen, scroll down to the Client Portal section.
  5. Under the Add Client Portal Login Link to your Firm Website section, click the hyperlink:

    The code window opens.
  6. Click Copy.

The Success message reads: Code was copied to your clipboard

  1. Click OK.
    The Success message closes.
  2. Click OK again.
    The Code screen closes.
  3. Paste the HTML code in the desired location on your firm’s website.
    Note: You can also copy your firm’s unique Client Portal URL which includes your firm’s logo, to share with clients.
