Fixes

• Using merge fields [#TotalTaxableHardCost#] and [#TotalNonTaxableHardCost#] Invoice Template codes will display the correct total for expenses in Invoice templates.
• User will be able to view the fixed/contingency fee while previewing an invoice.
• If you create a custom dashboard selecting the view Accounting > Chart of Account > Profit & Loss (Accrual or Cash), the figures in Income, Expense, Net Income will display correctly according to the applied date range.
