Install the App

To install the app:

  1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as applicable.
  2. Search for Rocket Matter NextGen.
  3. Click Getor Install.
  4. Follow prompts to complete the installation.
Which App to Install? There are two Rocket Matter NextGen apps available. The NextGen app is the latest, and matches the ease and functionality of the Rocket Matter web application. However, the standard Rocket Matter NextGenapp remains available alongside NextGen, so you can keep using it with your data.

Access the App on your Phone

To access the Rocket Matter NextGen app:

  1. Locate your Apps menu on your phone or create a shortcut on your home screen.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Log in with your Rocket Matter NextGen credentials.

Access the App on Other Mobile Devices

You can access Rocket Matter from any mobile device with an internet connection.

To access:

  1. Open your device's web browser.
  2. Enter app.rocketmatter.net/nxg/.
    Note: You can create a favorites icon (shortcut) on your phone's home screen. If you are using an iPad or another tablet device, at the bottom of the login page you can click Access the desktop version for a better viewing experience.
  3. Log in with your usual Rocket Matter NextGen credentials.

Caution:

  • If you are already logged into Rocket Matter NextGen on another device, creating another web session will log you out of your previous session.
  • Rocket Matter NextGen allows one web session and one mobile app session at a time with your login.
